panoramic sea views, beautifully landscaped garden, comfortable apartment layout
Limited kitchen utensils, specifically needed spatulas!!! The pool's strict closure signs were overly rigid!!! A shuttle service to the port would greatly enhance convenience !!! Help keep cleanliness consistent in bathrooms!!!

The pool area offered a perfect retreat after exploring Spetses. Be prepared for mosquito hunting at night, though.

Liked it and will be back. It's 15 mins walk to the center. We had goodies and coffee at Vanilia, it was located right at the venue...

Vila Nika is located in a astrategic position 15 min walk from the village of Spetses, 10 min from the old port, and 2 min from Paradise beach. It is reccomendable to rent a bike and go to the great wild bays in the island. The staff is extremely nice and always available. Maria, the owner, takes care of the guests personally and is always present in case of need. The apartments are new, clean and well equipped. Great swimming pool and breakfast! So a very good location for few days of rest! Strongly reccomended. The only downside is the noise of the motorbikes during the night if you stay in the apartments close to the street.

Great pool area, but we wished there were more kitchen utensils.

Staff and owner were excellent, very polite and helpful. Room was spacious (studio with kitchen) and despite the fact that it was semi-underground, it was really cool. Hand-made breakfast with different choice every day was really delicious. Products were from the garden. Pool and garden were an attraction.
Bathroom was spacious but shower was tiny. Not so near to center. No service transfer from/to the port.

We were very satisfied with the accomodations. The two bedroom apartment and courtyard were maintained in pristine condition. The staff was helpful, polite and professional. The kitchen in the suite was well equipped. The generous variety of freshly prepared breakfast choices were excellent. The creative layout of the courtyard and porches offer several separate seating areas with some isolation from other guests. The location provides good access to shops and restaurants with the option to retreat from the crowded parts of the island for some tranquility by the pool. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to a cafe on the beach and an overlooking restaurant. A 10 minute walk in the opposite direction leads to a grocery store. Additional shops and restaurants in the old harbor are a 15 minute walk away.

A hidden treasure in Spetses
Villa Nika is a good retreat, surrounded by lush gardens. Just a five-minute stroll to Aghia Marina beach, the atmosphere is serene and perfect for relaxation. Especially Niki. Breakfasts were a lovely surprise each day, with fresh options that varied daily.
While the location is tranquil, it is a bit distant from the port and main shops, which might not be ideal for everyone. Having a shuttle service to the town would enhance convenience.

The beautifully landscaped garden provided a serene escape.
Unfortunately, the mosquito nets in our apartment had holes, leading to an uncomfortable night experience as we spent time hunting for mosquitoes. We found the signage regarding quiet hours at the pool overly strict. It would have been better to have more flexible guidelines. The location is rather distant from the main attractions and port.

The pool area was beautifully maintained, offering a perfect retreat to relax after exploring the island.
There were some holes in the mosquito nets which needed attention, making it a bit challenging at night.

I thought i'd be treated like royalty, but the mosquito nets had holes, hard to sleep! The pool hours were just too strict- how am i supposed to unwind? I nearly left a glowing review, but where was my complimentary bottle of wine? Absolutely unreal.

We had such a lovely time relaxing by the pool and enjoying the delicious al fresco breakfasts that were served every morning. The pool area and sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind after a day of exploring. Only minor downside was the signage about quiet hours at the pool, but it really didn't take away from our stay at all. 😊
